Yesterday the lights on the Power button didn’t turn on when I turned on the Xbox and it had trouble syncing with the controller. Then this morning it showed the full four red rings of death when the Xbox wasn’t even powered on! Then when I got back from school my Xbox turned on normally with the power buttons lights on, but I then noticed that the Xbox will no longer turn off unless I unplug it. Now I know that this is a whole mess of different problems but they all involve the power button. So is there any way I can fix it without having to send the whole Xbox to microsoft support? Because my Xbox broke before and it took them 2 months to ship me a new Xbox! Please help!
And I forgot to fully mention that I can still play my Xbox perfectly fine, it’s just that it’s a pain to have to mess around with the power button and my controller until it works. I just want this to be fixed as quickly and as easily as possible
my dumbass brother tipped over the xbox 360 with modern warfare 2 not once, but twice. My friend suggested instead of buying it, i should borrow his copy, and then download it into my hard drive, instead of buying it again, then insert the scratched disk into the xbox, and then play from the hard drive. Can this work? Or do i have to buy a new copy?
