Hi all! I’m just curious because I’m planning on getting an xbox 360 and i figured why not just get the elite, it’s black! but that’s not the only reason. I am planning on playing quite a few game demos, and I’m planning to get xbox live.
Should I buy an Elite or just stick with a 360 pro?
Also, I’ve heard about the Red Ring Of Death, any tips to prevent it?

I just bought my xbox 360 elite 1 month ago.
And I Have a Problem with it.
I’m not sure if it’s the Game Disc or It’s The Hardware.
The problem is that When I’m playing NBA LIVE 08 OFFLINE, Suddenly My XBOX 360 Freezes and I couldnt do anything. I tried pressing the xbox button on the controller and nothing came out.Not the dashboard and not the option to turn the console off. I had to turn the console off manually by pressing the turn off button on the hardware. It Happened over 5 times this week. And When I was also playing online,suddenly the xbox freezes.No sound,No Option and i couldnt move my players.And same thing like offine, When i pressed the xbox button on my controller,nothing happened.
When I check the Game disc, There was no scratch on it. And I’m sure if the game disc was the problem,the console would’ve brought me back to the xbox dashboard.
I touched my xbox and it wasnt hot.
I Placed it vertically and there was nothing beside it so it wouldnt block the vans.
