What is needed to ship out xbox 360 for repairs to microsoft?
Okay so I have freezing problems with my 360 and i made a repair set up. I’m currently waiting on the UPS shipping label to arrive. I already know to not include any accesories and such but i was wondering do i just tape the shipping label to the front of the box or what other documentation or information should i pack inside the box?
Ive herd that they no longer send the boxes. its just a shipping label.
So how will microsoft know that my xbox is having problems with it freezing and not something else?
dont i need to put in my return adress name n other stuff inside of the box?

When I had to send mine in, they sent me a box with a shipping label inside. Put the shipping label directly over the one that is already on the box. From what I remember, you dont need any documentation.
There should be a paper with intructions that comes with the box anyway.
